How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Kana Pro account data, contact us using the form at https://nestedorbits.com/#contact.

What to Include

Include enough details for us to locate your account, such as the sign-in method you used (for example Facebook, Google, or Apple), your account email (if available), and your user ID (UID) from "My Account" page.

What We Delete

Upon verification, we delete account-linked data managed by Kana Pro services, including profile/settings, synced progress, and entitlement linkage records related to your account.

Timeline

We process deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 30 days. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial compliance purposes.

Facebook Login Disconnect

You may also remove Kana Pro from your Facebook connected apps settings at any time. This disconnects future Facebook sign-in access, but a deletion request is still required to remove data stored in Kana Pro services.
